Shipping Policy

Processing Time Stock Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Special or Custom order ship dates must be quoted and varies by product line.

Shipping Methods & Carriers We ship via UPS and USPS for standard parcels. Large or heavy items such as door slabs, molding bundles, and custom wood products may ship via freight carrier. Freight shipments will be coordinated directly with you to arrange delivery. Freight shipments with pallet less than 96" in length will be shipped to the front of your garage. Pallets over 96" may not be able to be shipped to a residential address. Consult with our office sales@beaconhillsupply.com

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard shipping: Varies depending on your location but most shipments would be within 5-7 business days from shipment date.
  • Freight/oversized items: 7-14 business days (delivery appointment required) from the date that the shipment leaves the warehouse.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — see current promotions for details. Custom quoted products will have the freight cost quoted.

Multi-Carton Shipments Some orders may ship in multiple packages and arrive on different days. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Geographic Restrictions We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Freight shipments are limited to locations accessible by standard delivery truck. We do not ship to PO Boxes for oversized items.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 2 business days of the expected delivery date at sales@beaconhillsupply.com so we can file a claim and arrange a resolution.

Order Tracking Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. For freight shipments, the freight carrier team will contact you directly to schedule delivery.
