HBG Column Installation Kit 17041
Includes brackets and hardware for the bottom of round and square PermaCast columns
This kit is designed for smaller diameter columns, 6", 8', 10" & 12". Use the 17040 kit for larger diameters.
Contents: (SS = Stainless Steel)
2 - 10x2-1/2" Phillips Flathead SS screws
4 - 10x1" Phillips Pan Head SS screws
2 - 3-1/2" Slotted Hex Washer Tapcon screws
2 -1-1/2" x 7/8" x 1/2w" Aluminum L Brackets
1- Hook for use with plumb on tapered round or no-taper square columns with Tuscan Cap.

This kit has been updated to allow it to be used on all non-ornamental PermaCast/PermaLite caps and bases including the Bevel caps/bases.
HBG does not recommend brackets at the top of the column as this can cause a column to crack as the structure moves. The weight of the roof keeps the top of the column in place.
