HBG Column Installation Kit 17040
Includes brackets and hardware for columns ordered with non-Tuscan cap and base. Also used for diameter columns over 12" to add additional tie-downs. For 12" and smaller width columns see 17041.
Note: Bottom hardware is included with square (non-tapered square) and tapered round columns from beaconhillsupply.com when ordering Tuscan cap and base sets.

This kit is not rated for wind "uplift". See the Perma-Loc if you need a rated installation hardware.

HBG does not recommend brackets at the top of the column as this can cause a column to crack as the structure moves. The weight of the roof keeps the top of the column in place.
