Porch-Loc is a set of skirts, brackets, and hardware that are used to secure our PermaPost synthetic porch posts. Our PermaPosts area load bearing, but with the addition of Porch-Loc they deliver wind uplift resistance. The new injection molded skirts are included in the kit. They are truly low maintenance finish to the installation of our low maintenance PermaPost.
